You BigCartel Order confirmation email is your ticket. You may print it or show it on your digital device (smartphone) at the door.
The name on the order confirmation as well as the number of tickets purchased will be checked at the door. Once the name and order number have been crossed, they cannot be used anymore.
If you are purchasing several tickets with the same order, please make sure that all guests arrive together as all tickets under the same name and order number will be crossed at once.
Management reserves the right to prevent entry should the guest not comply with the guidelines or respect the safety of other guests, in which case your ticket will be refunded.
Minimum age for admission is 18.
